I had a terrible experience here. After waiting an hour, I had a tire replaced, but the vehicle still failed inspection because a mudflap was missing. Later, I learned at another location that diesel trucks don't require an annual inspection. I do not recommend this place.

I am thankful they took my older RV in and fixed it quickly and correctly. My thanks to Dustin Huckabee for his professionalism in addressing my problem. I am still learning lessons in my sixties about avoiding small shops, as they often do not know what they are doing, and it ends up costing you both money and time.

IP takes good care of you. For a small charge, they will pick up your vehicle and return it to you when the work is done. Fredy is great and makes sure we get what we need in a timely manner.!!

Ok. Listen honest review from a former shop owner. These stars so far are for Freddy Mendoza himself. When buying any used vehicle even new at some point. Understand. It’s not if something happens, it’s when it happens. You need someone that will listen to your concerns. Freddy has been attentive to my needs and concerns. Communication is open and professional. I would recommend you see Mr Mendoza. Thanks Respectfully
